Worked Solution:

The new values y are related to the original x values by the linear relationship: y = 0.2 x
The new meany will be 0.2 meanx = 0.2×4.700000 = 0.940 to 3 dps.
The new sdy will be 0.2 sdx = 0.2×3.335000 = 0.667 to 3 dps.
